
CAREN COLE
(composer/arranger)Composer Caren Cole brings a rich and varied musical background to the world of film scoring. Educated classically from age 4 through the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, Canada, Caren went on to the jazz program at York University, which also included studies in ethnomusicology and North American folk traditions.
As a pianist, guitarist and vocalist her work as a musician has taken her
through television, film, theatre and years of live performance. As a songwriter Carenšs songs have been featured in film, television and theatre.
A native of Canada, she came to New York in 1991 with the Broadway show
"The Buddy Holly Story" as a keyboard player, vocalist/actress as well as the composer of "Sweet Love", the song that closed the first act. She is a three-time nominee for a MAC Award for Song of the Year and 2004 winner for "Kindness Makes Me Cry" (co-written with Maria Gentile).
While having written many theme songs and incidental pieces for film, TV and theatre, Carenšs first feature score was the independent festival award winning film "Fishing" (www.fishingthemovie.com) for which she wrote the score and 2 of the songs.
Caren is currently performing in Los Angeles, on tour with the Broadway hit "Jersey Boys" while continuing to compose and record music for film projects thanks to the blessings of digital audio recording!!

PAUL DOKUCHITZ
(director of photography)Paul produces, directs, shoots, and edits projects ranging from independent feature films and documentaries to music videos, and commercials. He is an Academy Award Nominee and winner of CINE's Golden Eagle for his short subject documentary Bloodties: The Life Work of Sally Mann, and Paul has won numerous awards at international film festivals for his documentary Memories Do Not Burn, narrated by Sarah Jessica Parker. (This film chronicles the life of Bosnian Refugee children.) Paul was the director of photography for the independent feature Endsville, which won "Best Feature" at this year's Tribecca Film Festival. He was cinematographer for the feature length documentary BOUNCE: Behind the Velvet Rope, which received the "Grand Prize" at last year's Los Angeles Independent Film Festival and was released theatrically last fall. He has recently done projects for British television, Bravo, Lifetime Network and PBS's American Masters.

JOSEPH LUTTON
(writer/director)Fishing is Joseph Lutton's debut in a leading role in a film as well as his directorial debut. He is a native of Massapequa Park, Long Island and a graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. He also holds a degree in Aerospace Technology.
His knowledge of filmmaking comes from his own research and studies -- and from basically getting his hands dirty in the field. He is currently working on several projects including: three independent short films, a promotional trailer for a psychological occult thriller, and a documentary on a 19th Century Hudson River School painter.
His acting credits include stage work in numerous plays in national repertory companies, and starring roles in musicals in the U.S., Europe, Canada and London's West End. He won the Manchester Theatre Awards ~ Best Actor ~ for his portrayal of Buddy Holly in The Buddy Holly Story at the Manchester Opera House, then played the role for a year in London's Victoria Palace Theatre. He went on to work with legendary rock star, Pete Townshend, performing the role of Captain Walker in The European Premiere and Canadian National tour of The Who's Tommy.
His debut feature film, FISHING has won ~ Best of the Fest ~ at the Great Lakes Film Festival and Joseph received the Grand Prize for ~ Best Directorial Debut ~ at the Rhode Island International Film Festival.
As a writer his work includes: Hidden World, the new screenplay, dozen's of rock songs - including the music and lyrics for a contemporary rock musical, The River, based on Herman Hesse's novel, Siddhartha, and his debut screenplay Fishing.

MICHAEL REITER
(editor)Michael's work extends from editing, producing, writing and directing, to work as a cameraman and sound recordist. Projects include:The Labyrinth of Truth, cameraman and location sound recordist, Trauma: Life in the ER, associate producer/ assistant editor, and the TV show The Life, as editor. NORMAN MERANUS
(casting director)Norman Meranus (casting) is the casting director for the off-Broadway York Theatre Company. He has cast regionally (North Shore Music Theatre) and for international tours of American musicals. He received his casting training with Jay Binder Casting.
Fishing is his first feature film.
